Our Terms and Conditions

Platter Boxes 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations for platter boxes must be communicated via email at least 3 days prior to the booking date.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur the full fee of the platter box.

  • If cancellation is accepted before the 3-day period, a full refund minus a $50 service and admin fee will be provided.

Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront and will be paid via invoice or online payment methods.

  • invoiced orders will be voided if payment is not received by due date. 

Consumption & Food Safety

  • Platter boxes should be consumed within 3 hours of delivery.

  • If storing for later use, refrigerate within one hour of delivery.

  • Graze House is not responsible for food safety after drop-off.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences

  • Dietary requirements must be provided in the online form during booking.

  • If forgotten, customers must notify us before payment or within 3 days of  booking date.

  • Graze House is not liable for any allergic reactions from consuming our products.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice based on supplier costs.

Weather Policy

  • No refunds or exchanges due to weather conditions.

  • Rescheduling is possible if adequate notice is given and availability permits.

Grazing Tables

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations for grazing tables must be communicated via email at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

  • Cancellations made on or after the 7-day period will incur a 50% cancellation fee which will be deposited from deposit.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Payment & Deposits

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the invoice due date.

  • Orders will be voided if payment is not received by the due date.

Setup & Consumption

  • Grazing tables are designed for immediate consumption and should be kept in a cool, shaded area.

  • Graze House is not responsible for food safety once setup is complete.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences

  • All dietary requirements must be disclosed during booking.

  • If forgotten, the customer must notify us before payment.

  • Graze House is not liable for any allergic reactions.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are subject to availability.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice due to supplier costs.

Equipment Use

  • Any damage or loss of Graze House equipment (e.g., grazing boards, platters, utensils) will be charged accordingly and invoiced after the event.

Weather Policy

  • Grazing tables should be set up in a shady, cool location.

  • No refunds or exchanges due to weather conditions.

  • Rescheduling is only possible if at least 7 days' notice is provided.
